The story
A college project that became an agency.
Isha Poddar Agarwal is a graphic design major with a Bachelor's in Multimedia (2014–2017) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. She graduated with a pocket full of hopes — and Colours & Patterns, a college branding project that grew into one of Northeast India's most trusted digital agencies.
She is a firm believer in karma, with one guiding mantra: "Love what you do." A happy working wife who enjoys travelling, watching movies, and good food — and, above all, building brands that last.
Today she leads a 15-plus member in-house team, setting the strategic direction, growth cadence, talent philosophy, and creative standard while building a resilient leadership layer for the agency's next chapter.
